Dave Johnson is a Creative Director with over 20 years’ experience creating work for many of the world’s most recognised brands and agencies.

With a background spanning copywriting, art direction and screenwriting, his work is concept-led, strategically grounded and culturally attuned.

He co-founded Glue Society, an internationally renowned collective working across commercial, film and art.

He is also Writer and Executive Producer on high-concept feature film Reverse, currently in pre-production with Academy Award–nominated director Sean Ellis.

Dave applies the same idea-led approach to AI — using it with judgement, taste and restraint to create work that connects with audiences and works hard for brands.

He is available for freelance projects globally and for permanent Creative Director roles based in London.
